Who’s That Hottie: The Girls of Prince Caspian

Gotcha.

I am willing to bet that some of you clicked through to this post out sheer anger, ready to be enraged when you found sexy pictures of 19year old Brit actress Anna Popplewell and dually pissed to find some sort of homage being made to 12-year old Georgie Henley. You will be disappointed to find that we will participate in no such shenanigans. We are a little off, but we are by no means sick.

Therefore the role of the Pevensie girls will be played this week by super-hottie Marisa Miller, who as far as we know has never done any sort of acting. Unless you consider being hot to be an acting gig. Which we do.

Oddly enough, Ms. Miller has also been in the news recently, as she was named #1 on Maxim’s Annual Hot 100 list, which lists the hottest women in the world. She now joins Megan Fox as “World’s Hottest” after Fox was given the same title by FHM a few weeks back. Hmm… We just don’t know who is hotter. Let’s go to the evidence…

Who’s That Hottie: Speed Racer’s Christina Ricci

Alright, I know what you are thinking. And yes, I am aware that we generally try to use the “Who’s That Hottie?” feature to introduce you to hot starlets that you may not otherwise recognize. As well, I am very aware of the fact that Speed Racer is a kid’s movie. I don’t care — I’ve had a huge crush on Christina Ricci for some time now, and this is my column, so get over it.

As I just mentioned, this week’s hottie is Speed Racer’s Christina Ricci, who plays Trixie, the loyal and cute girlfriend of the title character. What is really striking about this role is that even at age 28, Ms. Ricci can still pull off playing a teenager. If that isn’t hot, I don’t know what is. You may also recognize her from a ton of movies, including her recent headlining of Penelope and her breathtakingly trashy performance as a mostly naked sex-fiend in Black Snake Moan. If you remember, that was the film that combined Ricci’s hotness with Samuel L. Jackson as a blues, singin’ man of the south — it was the movie to see in ‘06, trust me.

Who’s That Hottie: Iron Man’s Leslie Bibb

When you are out seeing the awesome summer launchpad flick that is Iron Man — because, if you haven’t figured it out by now, you absolutely should be — you may notice that Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., is sort of a player. In fact, one could go as far as to call him a billionaire playboy. He throws cocktail parties on his private jet and as we find out in the opening scene of the film, he goes 12 for 12 with the Maxim covergirls every year. Not too bad for a dude who moonlights as a Shellheaded superhero.

One of his conquests is a nosey, but hot reporter from Vanity Fair, played by the very sexy Leslie Bibb. You may remember her as Mrs. Ricky Bobby in Talladega Nights, where she added the sexy to Will Ferrell’s clown-show of comedy. In Iron Man, she gets a little bit of screen time, all of which is very titillating, including one scene where she strolls around Tony Stark’s bachelor pad wearing only a dress shirt. It was enough to have at least one guy in the audience of my screening yell “Nice legs!” And once you are done browsing through the gallery that I’ve assembled for you below, I’m sure you’ll agree — nice legs, indeed.

Who’s That Hottie: Harold and Kumar’s Daneel Harris

We may have missed our stride last week with the Who’s That Hottie column, but I am back with a vengeance this week — and back with a smoking hot lady for all of you gentleman (and some ladies) out there. This week sees the release of Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, which features plenty of things that appeal to the male 18-35 demographic, including some drug references, some silly humor and of course, Miss Daneel Harris.

You may recognize Ms. Harris from the popular TV show “One Tree Hill”, where she has been a regular cast member since 2005. Along with Harold and Kumar, she will be starring alongside Justin Long in Still Waiting, the sequel to the 2005 hit Waiting. I don’t know about you, but I am a believer that this dame is certainly worth waiting for. And yes, that was a pun. Enjoy your gallery below, ya heathens.

Who’s That Hottie: Street Kings’ Martha Higareda

I am happy to report that this week’s hottie is someone that will not only have you saying, “Who’s that hottie?”, she will also have you channelling your inner latino and saying, “Ay, mama cita.” Her name is Martha Higareda and she co-stars alongside Keanu Reeves, Forest Whitaker in Street Kings, an L.A. cop drama from director David Ayer and L.A. Confidential scribe James Ellroy. In Kings, Higareda plays the sexy nurse girlfriend to Reeves’ gunslinging gangsta wannabe detective — and while the film itself isn’t good, at all, there is one thing that is certain — this lady brings the heat with the best of them.

And while she may be new on the scene in the states, don’t think that this spicy 24-year old hasn’t been sizzling on the silver screen for a while. This Mexican native has found plenty of work in Mexican cinema since she burst onto the scene in 2002 with Amar te duele, for which she won a Mexican MTV Movie Award as Actriz Favorita (Favorite Actress). And based on the photo set hotness she showed FHM Mexico in August 2005 and the acting skills she shows off in Street Kings, I wouldn’t be surprised if we start seeing more and more of Ms. Higareda in the near future.

Who’s That Hottie: The Ruins’ Laura Ramsey

She may not look like she is having a whole lot of fun in the image above, but its safe to say that 25-year old actress Laura Ramsey is having a good ole’ time this week as her movie The Ruins hits theaters and scares the living crap out of all the middle school kids who will be sneaking in to see this one. But if you aren’t a youngling with raging hormones, it is easy to see that Ms. Ramsey may just get your heart pumping — that is, before the movie itself has your stomach turning.

You may also have seen her strutting her stuff in Lords of Dogtown, the Amanda Bynes comedic vehicle She’s The Man or last year’s teen vamp movie The Covenant, but below you can see here showing off her sexy side as our hottie of the week.

Who’s That Hottie: Superhero Movie’s Sara Paxton

The other day I received an email from Joe, a long time reader of the site who had a concern. “What every happened to that ‘Sexy Starlet of the Week’ thing that you guys used to do? You should bring that back…” That was the entire email, two sentences that went right to the core of me and reminded me that we do have readers in the male, 18-30 demographic reading the site. They are out there somewhere, and they crave a weekly dose of sexy starlets. So for all of you out there like Joe, I present the re-envisioning of the “Sexy Starlet of the Week” column, which will hereafter be known as “Who’s That Hottie?”

This week’s hottie is Superhero Movie starlet Sara Paxton. At 19, this native of Woodland Hills, CA has already established herself among the Disney Channel crowd, starring in films like Sydney White, Aquamarine and Sleepover. With Superhero Movie, Sara steps out and steps into her hot-clothes as Jill Johnson, a parody of Kirsten Dunst’s Mary Jane character in Spider-Man. Sexy Starlets: Hitman’s Olga Kurylenko

It would appear that I cannot come up with a solid name for this weekly “Hot Chick” feature. How does “Sexy Starlets” sound to you? It’s a little different from your standard “Hottie of the Week” or “Hot Chick of the Week”. I digress — I do understand that you could care less about what I call this feature, and more about the fact that we deliver unto you some sexed up pictorials. This week’s subject is the face-tattooed Russian hooker from the video game adaptation Hitman. The movie may be getting rocked by critics, but there are 3-4 minutes of a nude Olga Kurylenko somewhere in the middle to take the sting off the train-wreck of a story. On this Thanksgiving weekend, I am thankful for bare Russian boobies.

She has also been titillating as the crazy nymph The 40-Year Old Virgin and as J.K. Simmons’ snarky secretary in the Spider-Man flicks. And while it is Binoche who gets the most lines in Dan in Real Life as she plays the love interest to both Steve Carell and Dane Cook, it is Blunt who steals a bit of the show as the uber-hot Ruthie “Pigface” Draper. Yeah, we thought the nickname was funny as well.

Born in London, Emily broke onto the scene last year opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway as the neurotic secretary in The Devil Wears Prada. Along with Dan, she also starred this year in The Jane Austen Book Club and the upcoming Tom Hanks star vehicle Charlie Wilson’s War. She has a very sweet air about her with a hint of kinky smack-you-around type of wild. Leggy, alluring and equiped with that sexy Brit accent, Emily Blunt is on the verge of being one of Hollywood’s mega hotties. Night is based on the graphic novel by Steve Niles and Ben Templesmith. George plays Stella, a hottie in a big puffy overcoat who gets stuck in town when the vampires roll into town.
