Dreamworks’ upcoming animated film Monsters vs. Aliens is shaping up to be their funniest release yet. Sure it’s directed by Rob Letterman, the writer/director of the abysmal Shark Tale, but the man seems to have learned a lot since then.

Many of you may have seen some of these photos already, but hopefully you are getting them first here — because you don’t need any other film website, right?

Walt Disney Animation has a film that recently caught my eye — a clever little tale about a Hollywood dog who believes that he is a superhero in real life. It is called Bolt, and it looks like it might be just the right movie to cure my end of the year animation blues.

We have decided that there is no better way to relax after a long hard day at work than to enjoy some great news about WALL-E, the little robot that will be warming our hearts very soon.

Sometimes it is worth it to stay until the end of the credits, even when you know that Samuel L. Jackson won’t be showing up.
