It is generally believed that all the Hollywood mucky-mucks are the most talented people in the business. For those of us who are not in the business, we have some pretty talented people too.

I have always loved the animated Marvel cartoons, maybe because you can do anything with animated characters. Maybe it is because I am still a big kid at heart. Nonetheless, here are three awesome classic Hulk cartoons for your viewing enjoyment.

For starters, if you haven’t seen King of Kong…stop reading and go buy it. It’s worth buying, and watching over and over again. The film features an epic battle between Billy Mitchell, the reigning owner of the world record for Donkey Kong and douchebaggery, and all around nice guy Steve Wiebe. The folks over at G4 have created a trailer for a fun sequel idea.

My first troubling thought though - ‘Will there be fatalities? So will I see Batman get his head cut off or something? Because I don’t know if I could handle that’.

I took one look at it and I said “Oh my god, I need this!” You can expect it in stores in August, which will probably be the month you have to go on welfare after all the awesome Dark Knight collectibles hit stores.

The Soloist will be released on November 21 and has already garnered some Oscar buzz. Keep your eyes on FSR as we will keep close coverage on the film.

I have officially found the least expensive Star Wars collectibles of all time. Over at Heffernan’s Little Craft Shop you can purchase soap molded in the shape of some of your favorite Star Wars characters. I don’t think that the Heffernans are big Star Wars fans themselves though, because who the hell is Dark Vader?

You wake up and begin your morning ritual of going to the bathroom, brushing your teeth, pouring some coffee and then checking your email. Before you can check your email though, you must approach the six foot ten Optimus Prime in your living room and transform him into your computer. I will give you a second to think about that.

So, just to let everyone know. My birthday is August 11, and I would want nothing more than this toy. Pixar is going to be my demise. I turn into a babbling 5-year old any time they come out with a new film. Anyways, watch the video and start balancing your checkbook. I guarantee you will want this.

So sadly, it looks like Eddie Murphy hasn’t used up all of his credibility in Hollywood. Murphy will be pushing 50 when, according to Variety, he will attempt to reprise his role as Axel Foley from the popular Beverly Hills Cop films. I can just imagine Murphy standing in front of a mirror proclaiming, “If Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and Harrison Ford can do it…So can I!”.

The thing I love about movies from your childhood is that no matter how many times you have seen it, or no matter how many ways you can make fun of it, you always still love it dearly.

I remember joking with my friends in grade school, saying that we’d see ‘Rocky 12′ and Sylvester Stallone would be using a walker in the ring. Well it seems that my friends and I might not be too far off.

This is the epitome of cool. One of Peter’s readers named Teymur has begun a one year long art project. He will take Lego Storm Troopers and photograph them in all sorts of funny and interesting situations. He has titled the project an appropriate “Troopies365.”

The word around the interwebs is that Marvel Studios is set to adapt yet another one of their properties. With films adaptations such as Captain America, The Avengers, Thor and Iron Man 2 already having dates, Marvel plans for one more.
